Common questions.

Everything about how a TAADAA booking works.

We send a cook to your home to make a fresh meal in your own kitchen. They arrive with the ingredients already partly prepped, cook on the spot, and leave the kitchen clean. You aren't ordering delivered food — you're getting a meal cooked at your place.

Pick a time slot, choose your dishes from the menu, and confirm. You need an account, which takes one step — we email you a six-digit code, no password to remember.

Not at the moment. Every cook is out on a booking during the day, so all bookings go through a time slot. Tap Book Instant and we'll take you straight to the slot picker.

Each dish is priced on the menu and the total is shown before you confirm. If you need us to bring vessels, that adds ₹20. There is nothing else added at the end.

Only if you'd rather. There's a tick box at checkout — leave it on and the cook brings everything, which costs ₹20. Untick it and they'll use yours.

UPI or cash. Pay by UPI at checkout and we confirm the payment at our end, or choose cash and pay the cook when they arrive.

Yes, from My Bookings, right up until the cook arrives. We'll ask why — it genuinely helps us. If you've already paid by UPI, a ₹50 cancellation fee applies and the rest is refunded manually.

Under My Bookings. It sits in Upcoming until your slot has passed, then moves to History — so you always have a record of what you ordered and when.

You'll get an email once we've assigned a cook, with their name and your slot time. Until then the booking shows as pending.

Still stuck? We'd rather you asked.
